Return Policy

All returns are handled by THE GREii.

[Return Policy]
All returns & exchange must be notified within 5 business days upon receiving the order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, and with their original tags intact. We will inspect the return items once we receive them and issue a store credit on your account. We can only issue store credit for any returns. Refund is not available. All sale items and discounted items are "final sale" and not eligible for return or exchange. Return must be shipped back at your own cost. We recommend insured carrier to send any returns, because we won't be responsible for lost returns.

[Damages & Missing Items]
All damage and missing claims should be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods. For all damaged or missing pieces, we can only issue a store credit on your account.
