Nix + Ness is a small business - just like yours! The owner, Liz, designs every shoe and works with a small, woman-owned factory to produce small, hand-made batches. Each style is truly unique, and is sure to be a fun talking point for your customers.

Return Policy

All returns are handled by Nix + Ness.

Returns will be accepted within two weeks after the shipment has arrived. Buyer is responsible for shipping the items back to Nix + Ness unless there is an item defect. Any time an item defect is found (even after the 14 day return period), please contact Nix + Ness and we will replace the product if available or offer a store credit or like product as replacement.
