At Flanerie, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our jewelry. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, please refer to our return guidelines below.

We accept returns for damaged items within 14 days of the invoice date for store credit.
We cannot accept returns for worn items. The items must be in their original, unworn condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging (internal and external box) to ensure safe transit.
No credit will be issued for Duty and Freight charges associated with the return of goods.
No returns on final sale items

To initiate a return, please contact our team at [email protected] within the stipulated return period. Provide photos of the damaged item and the invoice number. You will need to obtain approval for the return and an issued Return Authorization (RA) number.
