Panache Apparel is a woman-owned business that began in 2012. We are about living with style, having fun, promoting self-confidence, staying strong, keeping it casual, letting loose, being unwavering in our pursuits, living boldly and proudly, and promoting what we like. We started on the basis of wanting to express how we think and feel without having to compromise on quality of fabric or aesthetic. We started by offering collections of trending, alternative accessories and slowly built out into a full apparel brand. Above all, our designs are steeped in quality and attention to detail, but add in some wild, some sass, and a lot of badass.

All returns are handled by Panache Apparel Co..

We hope you love your Panache Apparel items, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may make a claim within 10 days after receipt of goods. All procedures listed below must be followed in order for a credit memo to be issued for future purchases.

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS
All returns must be returned in their original packaging, including plastic wraps.
All returns must include original invoice number, style number and item cost.
All returns must be pre-approved for return.
A credit memo will be issued for all returns. The credit memo can be applied towards future purchases.
Our company cannot be liable for any damage (including, but not limited to, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage) caused directly or indirectly after receipt of merchandise.
Our return policy is VOID if you have sold the merchandise and it has left your store, you are then liable for damages.
All returns must be shipped with regular, non-priority mail.
