TO USE AS A MASSAGE OIL: Use a few drops of body oil in the palm of your hand and rub your hands together to warm it. Then apply desired amount onto the skin and massage as needed.

TO USE AS A BODY OIL: Apply to desired areas & rub in. Reapply as needed throughout the day to keep your skin feeling soft and nourished.

For BEST results - Apply to damp skin and allow the oil to sit for a few minutes before getting dressed after bathing to lock in moisture.
