Abboo Candle Co is a woman-owned and operated business based in the small town of Fortville, IN. Founded in 2017, we create clean-burning, uniquely scented soy candles and home fragrance products that are hand poured and heart filled to cultivate a cozy, inviting ambiance in your home without compromising on quality.
While we make every effort to ensure each of our candles is perfect, we are human. We take pride in our candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your Abboo candle purchase. If your candle is damaged or not to your expectations, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Please include your order number in your email.
Abboo Candle Co does not buy-back or issue credits or exchanges for wholesale purchases due to seasonality or scent preference.
Damaged in Transit
If your item(s) were damaged in transit we will request photos of the damaged item(s) and shipping box(es) and ask that you please hold onto the damaged items should UPS want to inspect them. We will send out replacement items, if available, at no additional cost to you. If replacements are not available we will issue a refund or the option to select another item of equal value.
Refunds
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to scent preferences or mistakes in the ordering process for which we are not at fault.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs with the exception of replacements for items damaged in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
