Return/Exchange Policy
Returns/exchanges are only allowed for approved defects/damages. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be in the original packaging, with tags attached (if applicable), no barcodes added to any part of garment and/or tag, no boutique tags attached, and unworn. Please also note that our return policy lasts 10 calendar days from the delivery date stated on your tracking number. Inventory changes frequently, so if 10 days have elapsed since the delivery of your items, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage you to always inspect your orders upon the arrival. Any damages reported to us after this window will not be refunded.
All return/replacement/exchange requests must have an order number, photograph documentation of the issue, and the request for your desired solution/outcome sent to
[email protected].
Please DO NOT use social media to reach out/post/ask about a return/exchange. We donβt want to miss your message β so email is the only accepted form of communication for these requests.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your email is received and reviewed, we will send you a response to notify you of the status of your request. If you are due a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Replacements (if applicable):
Replacements will be based on product availability and on a case by case basis. Please contact us at
[email protected] with your specific situation. Please note that replacement requests are held to the same 10 day timeline.
Drop Ship Orders:
Returns/exchanges are not allowed for drop ship orders. If an item does not work out for one of your customers, you can resell the item on your website/group per your own return/exchange policy or post it for sale in our buy/sell/trade group.
