From Our Founder
I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to our incredible retail stores for being a part of Musee! The mission of Musee is bring hope and give women opportunities to rebuild their lives and flourish. Musee provides second-chance employment to women in recovery from substance abuse, domestic violence and incarceration, so thank you for choosing to buy our products.

Our products are handmade at our studio in Mississippi using natural ingredients. Each product is made with love, and we hope they bring you joy when you receive them in your store!

Return Policy

All returns are handled by Musee Bath.

What is your Refund Policy?
Musee Bath does not accept returns or refund for products unless the product is unopened, damaged, or defective within 14 Days. In the event that you do receive a damaged product due to shipping or weather, we will issue a full credit, refund or send you a replacement.

For health and safety reasons, all products returned must be unopened or unused.

What should I do if I am missing a product in my package?
Oh no! We apologize for this and want to get you your product as soon as possible. Please email info@museebath.com with order number and an image of your order and we will get it shipped out!

Can you cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. please contact customer service by email at info@museebath.com to see if your order is eligible for cancelation. You are always welcome to call 769-300-0485 and speak with our customer service!

Shipping Policy

Orders placed through Hubventory are fulfilled and shipped directly by each brand. Shipping times, costs, and carriers may vary depending on the brand's location, product availability, and order size. If you have questions about your order's shipping status, please contact the brand directly.

What is your shipping time?
Orders will be shipped via UPS. Orders generally ship within three to five (1-3) days of purchase. If more lead time is needed, Customer will be notified within two (2) days. Customers will be responsible for all Merchandise shipping and handling expenses.

What if my product arrives damaged?
Let us know! You can email info@museebath.com an image of your product and we will get new product shipped out to you!
