Return Policy

All returns are handled by Mica Denim.

We do accept return. We offer store credit and/or exchange within the first 14 days after receiving your item. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, you will not be offered a store credit and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for a return, you must meet the following below:
• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Items must be in its original packaging.
• Copy of an invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase.
Ineligible for a return / cannot be returned:
• All white denims.
• All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Damages / Defectives
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Store Credits / Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be credited under your company name within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
