Return Policy

All returns are handled by Berry Mellow.

All requests for returns must be submitted in writing within three (3) business days of receipt of goods. Seller will only consider return requests for manufacture caused damages or defects along with the wrong shipment(s). No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization and without a Return Authorization (RA) number and/or return label. Merchandise credit or replacement of goods will be issued for all authorized returns. All sales are final and not subject to a refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. SELLER will not accept any merchandise that has been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way. Even for approved returns, a 20% restocking fee will be charged if items are not in their original packaging. No merchandise credit or replacement will be issued for any items that are received 5 days or more from the date the SELLER sends the written confirmation for the return. Merchandise credits are only valid for 3 months from the credit issuance date.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed through Hubventory are fulfilled and shipped directly by each brand. Shipping times, costs, and carriers may vary depending on the brand's location, product availability, and order size. If you have questions about your order's shipping status, please contact the brand directly.

Order Processing

In-stock items are processed within a few business days after payment is confirmed.
Pre-order items will ship once they arrive at our facility and pass quality checks.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped within the United States through trusted carriers such as UPS or USPS.
Standard delivery is generally 5–10 business days, depending on location and shipping method.
Shipping is conducted only on business days. Weekend or holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees shown at checkout are estimates. Final charges may be adjusted to reflect actual costs once your order is ready to ship.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Cancellations & Issues

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once in transit, all claims must follow our Return & Cancelation Policy.
Incorrect addresses, refused shipments, or undeliverable packages may result in return-to-sender and additional charges.

Berry Mellow currently offers international shipping to selected countries. Additional fees and longer delivery times may apply depending on the destination.
