Ornament Central, Inc. is a family owned and operated wholesale Christmas ornament business. Christine Casey started making ornaments as gifts for friends and family. They were so well received that she left her job teaching and started creating ornaments full time selling them at craft fairs and online. As interest in wholesale orders grew, Christine and her late husband, Jim, founded Ornament Central in 2004. The same thought that Christine used to create her first ornaments - personalize the joys and milestone of life - is still the guiding principal in each new design. With over 250 unique ornaments, new designs coming each season, and outstanding customer service, Ornament Central continues to the be the industry leader in personalized ornaments.

Each one of our ornaments can be personalized by either retailer or customer. Although any permanent fine tip marker works to personalize, we like Pilot Ultra-fine; it has the finest tip, smoothest writing, and doesn't skip.

We like white ink for personalizing on darker paint. Water-based paint markers work best. We sell both pilot pens, and water-based paint markers in white and several colors.

Return Policy

All returns are handled by Ornament Central.

Within 15 business days of the date the order was received, (after November 1, 10 business days) You can make a claim for any item that is defective, or items not shipped in accordance with your written order.

For Damages:
Credit will be issued for the item(s) in question.

For Items Received in Error:
Customer service will provide you with a UPS return label and a copy of the applicable credit memo. Enclose the credit memo in the box containing the goods being returned, affix the UPS label to the exterior of that box, and return it. The box must be given to UPS (either at a UPS location or to a driver making a delivery) within 10 business days of receipt of the label. Once we have received your return, accompanied by a copy of the credit memo, we will send a replacement or credit your account (as applicable).

PLEASE NOTE: Credit will NOT be issued for any items which are returned to us damaged or altered (i.e.: retailers pricing tags or string missing)

For Missing Items:
Replacements for any such items will be shipped to the customer at Ornament Central’s expense within 2 business days of when claim is placed.

General Information:
Ornament Central will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
If an item is returned (with permission of Ornament Central) for any other reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs (You may also be charged a 20% restocking fee)
No returned merchandise will be accepted without being accompanied by a copy of the applicable credit memo issued by Ornament Central.
NO returns will be accepted after December 31st of the year that the order was shipped.
