The fabric used to create this bag is handwoven on a loom, a process that takes weeks to complete a single panel. This enduring tradition has been passed down through generations and is carried out in a small village near Chimaltenango, Guatemala. Once complete, the textile is given to our talented seamstresses, who carefully handcraft each bag. Our team oversees every step of the process to ensure artisans are paid a fair wage.
