All claims (damages, returns and discrepancies) must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for credit only.
Please send pictures and invoice number for damage claims and a UPS,USPS,FEDEX label will be provided.
All returns must be approved by a representative to receive credit.
For all non damaged returns there is a 20% restocking fee.
