Return Policy

All returns are handled by Corkys Footwear.

We pride ourselves in the quality and fit of our shoes. In the event you receive shoes that have factory defects or quality issues, please accept our sincerest apologies and contact our customer service department during our regular business hours with the nature of the defect. You will be provided with instructions and given a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RA# should be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

If we sent you the wrong item, please call our customer service department during our regular business hours to advise us of the error and receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will arrange the pick-up of the incorrect item and send you the correct one. Your participation is required in that; you must clearly mark the RA# on the bottom of the original box; make yourself available to the freight company during their pick-up hours; the shoes must be returned in the original case; the Corkys shoe boxes must be in their original state free of extra labels or price stickers. Please be aware if the boxes are not in their original state the return may be sent back to you or a 15% restocking charge may apply.

If you have changed your mind and would like to return an item, there will be a restocking charge of 15% plus return freight charges will be at your expense. In order to process your return in an expedient and efficient manner, please call our customer service department during our regular business hours to notify us of the return and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number must be clearly marked on the bottom of the box. The shoes must be returned in full case packs and size runs, in the original undamaged Corkys box with no extra labels or price stickers. A refund will not be given for any damaged Corkys box due to the removal of label or stickers. Nor will a refund be given for incomplete case packs or size runs. Under no circumstances will a refund be provided for shoes older than 180 days.
