Return Policy

All returns are handled by America & Beyond.

All returns are required to have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please contact [email protected] or call (+1)716-902-6447 to obtain your unique RA# and form. All returned shipments must include the completed form. In case of purported damages or incorrect items, all claims must be submitted in writing to America & Beyond within 7 days of receipt of your order. Once you received an RMA#, returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. All returns are subject to approval by America & Beyond and must be received in resalable condition (i.e. original packaging without damages, retain price tags etc.). A 20% restocking fee will apply for all returned merchandise that meets the above criteria. Returns that do not adhere to this policy (i.e. broken
packs, items returned by consumers, items washed or steamed etc.) and require additional handling may be subject to a 50% restocking fee or NO CREDIT at all will be given, it’s decided on a case by case basis depending on the return. Open credits must be used in full and within six months of issuance. Note: America & Beyond Products are handcrafted and made from natural materials such as bamboo, jute, shell, rattan, raffia, cotton, cane, and wood as well as recycled materials such as glass, aluminum and paper. As a result, our products will have a slight variation in color, texture and finish. These variations are not considered damages and returns will not be accepted.
