Return Policy

All returns are handled by Ellison Apparel.

Return Policy

Ellison Apparel Inc. must receive notice of damages, cancellations, double
shipments, and claims for returns within 14 days upon receipt of merchandise.
Send email confirmation to [email protected]. Store credit or exchanges ONLY.

[NO REFUNDS cash/credit/debit cards]. All sale items are final.
When reporting damaged merchandise, please email photos of each damaged
piece. If the merchandise is returned with no faulty reason, a 15% restocking fee
will be deducted from the store credit to be issued. All items must be returned in
its original packaging or an additional 25% repackaging fee will incur.

Customer will be responsible for return shipping fee.

Store credits will be issued upon receipt of merchandise. Store credit will expire
1 year after the store credit has been issued. Ellison Apparel Inc. will not be
held responsible for any returns made without proper authorization.
